Hoots 2024
​The 2024 Hoots Planning Committee is happy to announce the time and location of Hoots 2024.   

  • Dates: September 15 - September 22, 2024
  • Location: Southern Utah

This year's Hoots rally will be a full 7-day event.  The Rally will be a combination of Hoots organized activities and sponsor organized activities by National Indoor RV Centers.    

Hoots organized activities include:
  • Opening night welcome party
  • Many opportunities to self-organize i.e. golf, pickleball, hiking, off-roading
  • More Technical Sessions including evening fireside chats on specific topics
  • Progressive Happy Hour and Coach Stroll 
  • Pancake Breakfast
  • Dirty dog and brat night

Sponsored activities include:
  • Newmar Executive Session
  • Tech Sessions

Coach Safety Products Available Onsite
  • NIRVC’s safety oriented products like Rettroband and Proteng available and installed on site. 

Service’s Available
  • Additional services to be announced later

Hoots 2024 fee???????:
This year we’ve selected a new and premium RV resort to host the Hoots rally.  We’ve negotiated a rate of $99/night which includes all local taxes and fees which is discounted from the resort's typical rate.  $693 of the fee below is for the campsite itself.
  • 2 Person Motorhome $995
  • 1 Person Motorhome $749
  • Each additional person/guest $399
  • We will ‘pass the hat’ to cover the Hoots specific expenses like the Pancake Breakfast and Dirty Dog and Brat Night.

Your registration payment includes the sponsored events along with your RV Site for the entire 7 night event.  Note: Events are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Extending Your Stay:
If you would like to stay before or after the event at the group rate of $99/night, you will have to arrange that with the RV park on your own.  Instructions will be sent via email in April.

RV Park Golf Cart/Cricket Policy:
This year's RV Park does NOT allow customer-owned golf carts/Crickets on their property.  Golf carts available for rental through the RV Park.

Cancellation:
If you registered for Hoots 2023 and need to cancel, please submit your cancellation through this form:  Cancel Hoots 2023

Refund Policy
  • 100% of the purchase price will be refunded if cancellation notice is given 12 weeks prior to start of event
  • 75% refund will be given if cancellation notice is given up to 8 weeks prior to the start of the event
  • 50% refund will be given if cancellation notice is given between 8 and 6 weeks prior to the start of the event
  • 25% refund will be given if cancellation notice is given between 6 and 4 weeks prior to the start of the event
  • All cancellations within 4 weeks prior to the start of the event will NOT be refunded
THERE IS A $35.00 PROCESSING FEE DEDUCTED FROM ALL REFUNDS.
