We expand our horizons and head west for 2016, all the way to the Lone Star State. We're in Kerrville, Texas nestled in the heart of the Hill Country.

Scott and Lise Wagner were instrumental in putting this western adventure together, and it comes complete with a sidetrip to historic Fredricksburg and plenty of good Texas BBQ.

Owls, Owls, Everywhere

After four years of Hoots events, owl fever is truly starting to spread.

It started with owl-adorned Welcome Bags in 2014, then custom folded Origami Owl hangers in 2015 and now owls are turning up everywhere from towels and placemats to window decals and welcome mats.

Ellen even baked and decorated a Hoots Owl cake to celebrate Kaynell's birthday.
